Brain Injury Webinar: Concussion Support and Management in NC Public Schools

Brain Injury Webinar: Concussion Support and Management in NC Public Schools is proudly presented to you by Brain Injury Association of North Carolina's Online Learning Center. Thank you. We hope that you enjoy your course.

Live Webinar Date: 4/21/20 As a follow up to March's webinar, we will be discussing what it looks like to return to school after a concussion. We will investigate NC education policy to identify and respond to students who sustain a concussion to prevent reoccurrence (and more serious recovery complications). The webinar will highlight the efforts of the Child & Youth Committee of the Brain Injury Advisory Council to raise awareness and support implementation efforts of Return to Learn in NC. Lastly, participants from school personnel (teachers, coaches, nurses, etc.), community members, and parents will discover tools created to support effective concussion support and management in children & youth.
